Patricia has more than 30 years of experience in design, delivery and leadership in the human service industry in government and non-government sectors. “I am passionate about making a difference in people’s lives by addressing social justice issues and by delivering quality services.” Patricia holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of New South Wales and an Associate Diploma in Applied Science (Diversional Therapy) from the Cumberland College of Health Sciences.

Graeme O’Connor, Head of Corporate Services

Graeme has more than 24 years of experience in financial and business management across both the private and non-government sectors. “Our department continues to build infrastructure that supports greater use of technology to better serve our community by delivering the best services.” Graeme holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Management/Marketing) from the University of Western Sydney and a Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from the University of New England.

Suella Wright, Head of Operations – NSW Services

Suella has more than 27 years of experience in delivery and leadership in health and social-care services in the government and non-government sectors. “We aim to deliver a high-quality service when, where and how our clients would like it delivered.” Suella holds a Masters in Business Administration and Diploma in Management Studies, both from the University of Leicester, as well as a Diploma in Higher Education (Nursing Studies) from the University of Luton.

Sharon Grocott, Head of Social Enterprise and Business Development

Sharon has more than 28 years of experience in the community sector, with a focus on young people, families and people with disabilities. “Our relationship and sexuality education programs embed messaging around protective behaviour, child safety, respectful relationships, resilience and wellbeing.” Sharon holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Victoria University of Technology, a Master of Management in Community Management from University of Technology Sydney, and a Certificate in Business (Governance) from the Australian Institute of Community Practice and Governance.

Melanie Bale, Head of People, Culture and Performance

Melanie has more than 23 years of experience in youth work, community planning and development and human-resource management in the government, non-government and private sectors. “I am driven by the idea of Interrelate being ‘the place to work’, and I value that I am a lead agent in having a great workplace culture.” Melanie holds a Masters in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Social Science, Graduate Diploma in Vocational Education and Training, Diploma in Business Management, and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
