Patricia has more than 30 years of experience in design, delivery and leadership in the human service industry in government and non-government sectors. “I am passionate about making a difference in people’s lives by addressing social justice issues and by delivering quality services.” Patricia holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of New South Wales and an Associate Diploma in Applied Science (Diversional Therapy) from the Cumberland College of Health Sciences.

Graeme O’Connor, Head of Corporate Services

Graeme has more than 24 years of experience in financial and business management across both the private and non-government sectors. “Our department continues to build infrastructure that supports greater use of technology to better serve our community by delivering the best services.” Graeme holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Management/Marketing) from the University of Western Sydney and a Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from the University of New England.

Suella Wright, Head of Operations – NSW Services

Suella has more than 27 years of experience in delivery and leadership in health and social-care services in the government and non-government sectors. “We aim to deliver a high-quality service when, where and how our clients would like it delivered.” Suella holds a Master's in Business Administration and Diploma in Management Studies, both from the University of Leicester, as well as a Diploma in Higher Education (Nursing Studies) from the University of Luton.

Sharon Grocott, Head of Research and Innovation

Sharon has more than 28 years of experience in the community sector, with a focus on young people, families and people with disabilities. “Our relationship and sexuality education programs embed messaging around protective behaviour, child safety, respectful relationships, resilience and wellbeing.” Sharon holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Victoria University of Technology, a Master of Management in Community Management from University of Technology Sydney, and a Certificate in Business (Governance) from the Australian Institute of Community Practice and Governance.

Jared Ingle, Head of Social Enterprise and Business Development

Jared has more than 10 years of experience in developing growth strategies, new business initiatives, and client experience frameworks in private and not-for-profit organisations. “Whilst continuing to build on our high-quality service delivery to our clients, I am excited to collaboratively drive social enterprise growth and form partnerships with like-minded organisations who are endeavouring to make a positive social impact”. Jared is currently undertaking a Master’s in Business Administration at the Australian Institute of Business.

Jill Rowe, Head of People Culture and Workforce Development

Jill has more than 30 years of experience in the design and delivery of people, culture and workforce development programs in a broad range of organisations. In addition to many years in the corporate sector, Jill consulted to the not-for-profit sector for several years in the area of leadership development. “I am passionate about partnering with our leaders and their teams to create an environment in which people share the vision, achieve the organisation’s goals and professionally thrive.” Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology and Industrial Relations) from UNSW, MBA from Macquarie University and Master of Science in Coaching Psychology from University of Sydney.
