At present the National Redress Scheme (the Scheme) is operating as business as usual. Interrelate is maintaining delivery of Redress Services, with changes to how these services are delivered ensuring our clients are safe and adhering to the Government-announced “social distancing” guidelines.

We are offering alternate service delivery arrangements to our Redress clients including video (Skype/Zoom) and phone sessions. All clients that had scheduled face-to-face appointments have now been transitioned to alternate modalities of service delivery (either via phone or video).

Additionally, we have and will continue to develop resources for our clients to assist them during this time – these are available publicly on our website (Interrelate resources for clients).

If you need assistance with your redress application please contact Interrelate for support on 1300 i relate (1300 473 528).
