Is it time to pull up your socks? program
Join Interrelate's online program. The 'Is it time to pull up your socks?' program is designed to provide you with the tools to recognise the early signs of stress and how to adopt strategies that will help you to manage it safely and respectfully. The program will help you understand the importance of self-care, identify your stress triggers, manage difficult emotions, learn the benefits of mindfulness and practical exercises for using it, how to check in with others and have difficult conversations respectfully.
