A 3 hour free seminar to assist separated parents have strong healthy relationships with their children.

■ Making Choices
Run over 8 weeks this program is for dealing with anger in relationships.
Dates: starts Monday 3rd May

■ Parents Not Partners
A 6 session program for separated couples who are in conflict over parenting issues.
This program will help you manage conflict with the other parent and focus on positive outcomes for your children.

■ Self Esteem and Communication
A 6 week program focusing on the origins of self-esteem and learning essential communication skills.

■ Being a Dad
A 3 session program for fathers, (conducted in a group setting) offering skills to enable dads to relate more effectively with their children.

A 3 hour seminar which assists parents with constructive techniques in disciplining and encouraging their children to behave more positively.
