Being a Dad
A 3-session program for FATHERS, offering skills to enable dads to relate more effectively with their children

Fighting Fair
Adult health:
A 3-session program to help people reach successful resolution of conflict which is an agreeable
result for both partners. Identify issues and discover creative solutions.
N.B. 'Talking Together' must be completed before 'Fighting Fair' can be undertaken.

Making Choices, Dealing with Anger
An eight-session course designed to assist with recognising what triggers anger and learning strategies to help manage anger that affects relationships.

A 6 session program for separated parents . This program will help you manage conflict with the other parent and focus on positive outcomes for your children.

An 8-session program focusing on communication, assertiveness and self awareness skills.

Rebuilding
An 8-session course for people seeking to rebuild their lives after separation/divorce. The focus is on mutual support, developing coping strategies and discussing future directions.
