Gosford Interrelate has been strengthening the Central Coast community since 1998 through its provision of professional services to enhance relationships and support those experiencing personal and relationship difficulties."


As of July 2008 Gosford Interrelate moved from an outreach of Newcastle to its own centre and became integrated with the new Family Relationship Centre at Erina, providing a true one stop shop for relationship support.

Interrelate services are available to people regardless of gender, culture, or age. We believe the right to services, is based on respect, equality, compassion and empowerment.

We are committed to supporting people who may be experiencing relationship difficulties through the provision of a variety of services.
 
Our confidential services are provided by qualified, experienced and dedicated staff.

Building Stronger Families
Is our new program for separated families who are experiencing conflict and need some additional support. The program provides a pathway to supports including counselling and group programs. Central to Building Stronger Families is our Building Connections seminar assisting separated parents to build positive parenting alliances.
      
Carers Counselling
FREE counselling for parents/carers of a child with a disability.

Parents Not Partners
A six session program for separated parents who are in conflict over parenting issues.
Dates: Mondays 6.00 - 9.00 pm; February 13th 20th 27th; March 5th  12th 19th 
Cost:   $25per session ( $15 concession)
Location: Erina

Being a Mum
A 3 session program that will assist mothers to be more mindful parents and gain skills to build closer relationships with their children
Dates: Fridays 9.30am - 12.30 pm; February 24th ; March 2nd 9th
Cost:   $25 per session ( $15 concession)
Location: Erina

Rebuilding
For people seeking to rebuild their lives after separation or divorce. The focus is on mutual support, developing coping strategies and discussing future directions
Dates: Wednesdays 9.30am - 12.00 pm; February 22nd 29th  ; March 7th 14th 21st 28th
Cost:   $25per session ( $15 concession)
