Interrelate Family Centres have been a big part of the Coffs Harbour community for the last 35 years. During that time we have provided thousands of individuals and families with high quality professional counselling, mediation, personal development courses and community education.
We are committed to supporting both individuals and families through all the stages of their relationships from pre-marriage to raising families through the difficulties of relationship breakdown to separation and blended families...and if we are not able to help with everything, we can connect you to other appropriate services through the strong relationships we have built up with other organisations in our community.

Parents not Partners
6 session program for separated parents who are in conflict over parenting issues.
Focused on helping you manage conflict with the other parent to bring positive outcomes for your children.
Dates: Tuesdays, July 13th, 20th 27th; August 3rd, 10th, 17th

Making Choices- Anger Management
An 8 week program to assist participants in recognising what triggers anger, the effect of anger on relationships and healthy choices on ways to deal with and express anger in a non-abusive respectful manner.
Dates: Thursdays, July 29th; August 5th, 12th, 26th; September 2nd, 9th, 23rd, & 30th

Rebuilding When your relationship ends
An 8 session course for people seeking to rebuild their lives after separation or divorce. The focus is on mutual support, developing coping strategies and discussing future directions.
Cost:$120
Providing parents with strategies for positive communication and parenting techniques.
Challenge Of Disciplining Your Children:
Assisting parents with constructive techniques in disciplining and encouraging their children.
Cost: $15 per person
Ideas For Parenting Teens:
Focuses on how to effectively communicate and set boundaries with your teenager.
